Legal
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of the ISLE Bartend website and to requests submitted through it. They do not replace a signed service agreement for a booked event.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using islebartend.com or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit a request.
2. Who we are
ISLE Bartend (“ISLE,” “we,” “us”) is a Florida-based mobile mixology, event hospitality and event staffing company serving Southwest Florida and other locations on request.
3. Use of the website
You may use this website to learn about ISLE and to request services for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload it, submit malicious code, or use it in a way that harms ISLE, its clients or other visitors.
4. Inquiries and request submissions
The planning tools and forms on this website submit an inquiry. Selections you make — experience, occasion, theme, enhancements — are optional preferences that help us prepare a concept and a plan.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it. Inaccurate event details may affect what we can offer, quote or staff.
5. No booking is created by a request
Submitting a request does not confirm a booking, does not create a contract for services, and does not reserve or hold any event date, staff or equipment. No date is reserved until ISLE’s actual booking requirements are completed, which may include a signed service agreement or proposal and any required deposit. Until then, dates and availability remain open to other clients.
6. Service availability, estimates and proposals
Services, experiences, themes, staffing levels and travel areas are subject to availability and may change. Any pricing, package, menu or staffing information shared before booking is an estimate or proposal for discussion, is not a binding offer, and may be revised based on final details such as guest count, venue requirements, timeline and scope.
7. A signed service agreement controls a booked event
If you book ISLE, the signed Client Service Agreement, proposal or contract for that event governs the services actually provided. These website terms do not overwrite, limit or contradict that signed agreement. If there is any conflict between these terms and a signed agreement or proposal for a booked event, the signed agreement or proposal controls.
8. Alcohol service and legal compliance
ISLE serves responsibly and follows applicable law, venue rules and its own service standards. Service may be refused or discontinued where required, including where guests cannot verify legal drinking age or where continued service would be unsafe or unlawful.
9. Intellectual property
The ISLE Bartend name, logo, photography, menu artwork, written content, illustrated characters and the design of this website are owned by ISLE Bartend or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or use them commercially without written permission. The website’s design and code are provided by OPEN ΛXIS and remain subject to its rights and license terms.
10. Third-party links and services
The website may link to or rely on third-party services such as email delivery, hosting, fonts or social profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
11. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but it is provided on an as-available basis. Content may contain errors or become out of date, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This section concerns the website; services actually contracted for an event are governed by the signed agreement for that event.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISLE Bartend and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of this website or the submission of a request. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to the website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for access to the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ISLE Bartend from claims, damages, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these terms, or information you submit that is inaccurate or that you were not authorized to provide.
15. OPEN ΛXIS — website provider, not an event vendor
OPEN ΛXIS is the digital experience, website design and development provider for this website. OPEN ΛXIS is not the provider of ISLE Bartend’s event, hospitality, bartending, staffing, catering, mixology or related services.
OPEN ΛXIS may not be represented as:
- an event vendor
- a bartender or mixologist
- an event staffing provider
- a contracting party to any ISLE event
- responsible for the fulfillment of ISLE services
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim or dispute concerning ISLE’s event services, contracts, service delivery, pricing, scheduling, staffing or client relationship is between the customer and ISLE Bartend, and not OPEN ΛXIS. OPEN ΛXIS does not own or operate ISLE Bartend.
16. Governing law
These terms and any dispute relating to this website are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any action shall be brought in a state or federal court located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page reflect the current wording, and consent records store the version accepted at the time of submission. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
